The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (“MSLC”) has settled a disability access lawsuit previously filed in federal district court by Access With Success, Inc. (“AWS”). Since that lawsuit was brought, MSLC has worked with the Office of the Attorney General Martha Coakley to implement policies and practices that increase the public’s accessibility to lottery games and to conduct a disability access survey of more than half of the approximately 7,400 lottery sales agents.

Lucky for Life, to be played in all six New England
states, will offer players an opportunity to win
$1,000 a day for life.
The Massachusetts State Lottery’s Cash WinFall game has provided millions of winning experiences and much excitement since it was introduced in September 2004. However, after an extended presence in the marketplace, the Lottery will soon be ending Cash WinFall and launching a regional draw game this Spring that will be offered in all six New England states. Cash WinFall will officially end following the game’s next jackpot roll down, which occurs when the jackpot level reaches its maximum $2 million.
Monday, January 23, 2012’s Cash WinFall jackpot is estimated at $2 million. If the $2 million projection is met, Monday’s drawing will be the game’s final and Cash WinFall ticket sales will immediately cease following the draw. Season ticket holders will be reimbursed for the remaining value of their tickets after the game ends.
