|MIS||The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) anticipates releasing a request for response (RFR) for the purchase and/or enters into an agreement to obtain a Lottery Retail Management System that will provide the MSLC Sales Representatives with the information necessary to increase sales and build relationships with Lottery Retail Sales Agents. The formal request for response (RFR) is expected to be released within the next several weeks. All interested parties should monitor the Comm-PASS website for this RFR. Inquiries regarding this RFR will not be entertained. No specifics are available at this time. All specifications, requirements and instructions will be included in the RFR. This procurement is being conducted under the terms of the World Trade Organization Agreement. Any additional announcements about the procurement will be posted on Comm-PASS.||

|The New England Lotteries (including the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission).||Given the success of New England’s Game Lucky for Life, the New England Lotteries are seeking ideas from interested parties for a second New England states lottery game. The Connecticut Lottery Corporation, the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission, the Maine State Liquor and Lottery Commission, the Rhode Island Division of Lottery, the New Hampshire Lottery Commission and the Vermont Lottery Commission have issued on March 26, 2013 a request for information to help them prepare for the possible design, implementation and operation of a second lottery game for their joint administration.||3/26/13|
