Facilities The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to issue a future solicitations for a replacement for the statewide communication network services to serve the existing MSLC Lottery Agents located throughout the Commonwealth. This is an announcement only. The formal request for response (RFR) is expected to be released within the next several months. All interested parties should also monitor the Comm-PASS website for this RFR. Inquiries regarding this RFR will not be entertained. No specifics are available at this time. All specifications, requirements and instructions will be included in the RFR. This procurement is being conducted under the terms of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement. MIS The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to acquire technical, business, and cost responses for a lottery host system, terminal application, multi-media solution as well as components to support business intelligence, helpdesk, and asset tracking and field services activities. MSLC is also seeking vendor support to migrate from the existing lottery host and terminals, although the new terminal hardware will be managed as a separate procurement process. Spring 2014
