The saying "some guys have all the luck" just may be true! Carmy Cesaire of Westminster sure thinks it is.

He today visited Lottery headquarters to claim a $1 million grand prize in the Lottery's Green and Gold instant game, but it wasn't his first trip to the office in Braintree. Cesaire, pictured here with Lottery Chief of Staff Jim Acton, also won a $1 million prize back in May 2001 playing the $1,000,000 Windfall instant game.

Cesaire's latest windfall will yield him annual prize payments of $50,000 (minus taxes) for 20 years. He purchased the lucky $5 Green and Gold ticket at J&J Package Store located at 240 Redemption Rock in Sterling. The store will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.

Andrew C. Faucher of Worcester is the Lottery’s latest winner of a Ruby Red 7’s instant game $1 million prize.

Faucher, accompanied by his daughter Ashley, came to the Lottery’s Braintree headquarters today to collect the first of 20 annuitized prize payments of $50,000 (less taxes).

He bought the lucky ticket at the Worcester Liquor Company at 254 Mill Street in Worcester. The store will receive a $10,000 commission for the sale.

Ohan, pictured here, is the second lucky Lottery player today to claim a top prize in the Set for Life game. A Medford woman earlier this morning won $100,000 a year for life playing the popular $10 ticket.

Coyne, pictured here picking up her first check at the Lottery's Braintree headquarters, will receive $100,000 (minus taxes) every year for the rest of her life. She is the 11th lucky player to claim a grand prize playing the $10 Set for Life game.

Coyne purchased the ticket at Store 24 #074 located at 133 Main Street in Medford. The store will receive a $20,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
