To claim their prizes, winners must go to the Lottery headquarters in Braintree or a regional office (Boston, New Bedford, Springfield, Woburn and Worcester) and complete a claim form. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date won. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, and expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize checks shall be mailed to each winner after the claim form has been submitted.
